My dad suffered for a year with symptoms that he attempted to hide. His slurred speech and drooling started 9 months before and his rapid weight loss with tremors thereafter. Swallowing issues started a year ago but was intermittent until the end when he couldn’t swallow anymore. GP’s didn’t pick up the red flags and he went undetected. He was finally diagnosed in hospital 28.04.25 but unfortunately died suddenly 14 hours later, he didn’t even live a day with his diagnosis, we are heartbroken ❤️
