Imagine someone 6ft 4in, 18st, fantastic rugby player, ran Marathons. A gentle man with a heart of gold, supportive, loyal, a man you would trust your life with, eventually settled down with a new partner & her daughter. Imagine all that & then in 2015 aged 56, less than 12 months from being diagnosed with MND he can't move his arms or legs, can't eat or swallow. All he can do is move his eyes, locked into a failing body & eventually can't breathe. That's why! No finish line until there's a cure
