My darling mum, you were so strong, courageous and inspiring in the face of MND. We laughed and cried our way through it and I’ll always be grateful for the precious time we had together during your last few months. I’m doing this run in memory and in honour of you, but also for all the other people living with, lost to or affected by this horrendous disease. Love you always. Xxx
